Drake Is Renting a Modern, Marble-Clad Beverly Hills Estate Worth $65 Million
#1
We know from touring rapper Drake’s large and luxurious Toronto mansion in 2020 that the Grammy-winner likes to surround himself with things that shine. Now, according to Dirt, Drake is renting a mansion in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood of Beverly Hills that is equally sleek and sparkling. (This is despite the fact that he still owns a compound in the nearby suburb of Hidden Hills.) Designed by SAOTA Architects and Luxford Group, the dwelling was previously for sale for $65 million, with the seller stipulating that they would be willing to accept cryptocurrency as payment, according to Top Ten Real Estate Deals. At present, it is not on the market.

With seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, the residence is the height of contemporary luxury. One of the defining features of the 18,000 square foot home, which is named Elementi, is its use of marble. Numerous different kinds are employed, with just about every room containing a marble element of some sort whether it’s the walls in the living space, the leathered marble island in the kitchen, or the grand marble spiral staircase, which is accented by Venetian-plastered balustrades. Similarly impressive is the 20 foot cascading water wall that’s foregrounded by a 150 year old Italian olive tree, bringing in a natural element in a highly dramatic way.

Numerous deep soaking tubs are available throughout the home’s bathrooms, and a sauna, steam room, and massage rooms are located in the basement. The primary suite is also well equipped for relaxing, with a fireplace, a TV that disappears into the ceiling when not in use, and a large balcony with a seating area. Glass cabinetry with interior lighting in the walk in closet allows for clothes to be artfully displayed. Outside, there is an infinity swimming pool with an Olympic length lane.
